We offer female only small group personal training and female only Bootcamp classes.
Whether you prefer working in an intimate group of 4, or if you enjoy the high octane energy of a bootcamp class, we have a range of packages to meet your budget and to help achieve your goals.
Female Only Small Group Personal Training
Working in a group of no more than four ladies, our trainers will guide you through a 60 minute structured training programme. The session includes stretching and mobility work, as well as resistance training, which utilises the most effective movements to burn fat. We also incorporate HIIT training to improve cardiovascular capacity and we ensure that each session has a variety of movements to keep you engaged.
Bootcamp
Based in our designated studio, the format of Bootcamp changes each session to ensure that you will never complete the same programme more than once. With high energy music and movements that can be adapted based on fitness level, bootcamp will give you a fun but challenging 45 minutes of high intensity functional fitness.
Regardless of whether you choose small group training, or our bootcamp option, working out with others is proven to make you push yourself more.
Training in a group is a more affordable option and with 30 sessions spread across 7 days we have the capacity to fit in with your demanding work and lifestyle. As part of small group training sessions you also automatically entered into our monthly challenges to win some great prizes or even become our member of the month.
Q. Do I need to be fit to start Group Training?
A. Absolutely not! Everyone begins somewhere and often the most difficult part is starting. Each session will be tailored to challenge you, but you will leave feeling successful and proud no matter what your current fitness levels.
Q. How many times a week do I need to train?
A. This is completely dependant on your goals, lifestyle, financial situation and available time. We have some clients who train with us once per week and others who train three times per week. However we recommend that clients train at least 3 times per week to see visible results (For example: two sessions per week with a Personal Trainer and one session by yourself)
Q. What happens if I need to cancel a session?
A. We require 24 hours notice for cancellation of any training service we offer. Failure to provide this will result in the training session being charged in full.
Q. When do I need to pay for the training sessions?
A. All sessions must be paid within 24 hours of the session start time. Failure to do so will result in cancellation of your session.
Q. Do you offer refunds?
A. No refunds are given on any of the services we offer.
Q. Am I locked into a contract?
A. Our payment system works on a 30 day rolling contract. We completely understand that sometimes peoples circumstances can change so if you need to take a break from any of our training platforms we’ll just require 30 days notice.

Silver 1x SGPT session per week = £89 per month
Training once a week you will get all the benefits of working with one of our expert personal trainers in a small group of 4 females.
Gold 2x SGPT sessions per week = £159 per month
Completing two small group training sessions a week will ensure you reach your goals in a shorter time frame. Decreasing the amount of time you leave between your sessions, helps you stay consistent and keeps our training methods fresh in your mind.
Platinum 3x SGPT sessions per week = £209 per month (recommended)
Completing three small group training sessions a week will ensure you reach your goals in the quickest time possible but still leaves enough time for your body to recover between training sessions. Participating in three sessions a week gives you the opportunity to meet a range of new people and experience the different coaching styles of our trainers.
