We offer mixed small group personal training.

Our small group personal training packages combine personal training and group exercise. Delivered in a 1-6 ratio this concept allows us to facilitate our clients on a 1-1 basis while being surrounded by like minded individuals.

Building strength, fixing injuries, focusing on movement quality, and getting fitter and stronger for everyday life.

We cater for anyone, regardless of your training experience or goal.

Mixed Small Group Personal Training

Working in a group of no more than six, our trainers will guide you through a 60 minute structured training programme. The session includes stretching and mobility work, as well as resistance training, which utilises the most effective movements to burn fat. We also incorporate HIIT training to improve cardiovascular capacity and we ensure that each session has a variety of movements to keep you engaged.


Regardless of whether you choose small group training, or our bootcamp option, working out with others is proven to make you push yourself more.

Training in a group is a more affordable option and with 30 sessions spread across 7 days we have the capacity to fit in with your demanding work and lifestyle. As part of small group training sessions you also automatically entered into our monthly challenges to win some great prizes or even become our member of the month.

Q. Do I need to be fit to start Group Training?

A. Absolutely not! Everyone begins somewhere and often the most difficult part is starting. Each session will be tailored to challenge you, but you will leave feeling successful and proud no matter what your current fitness levels.

Q. How many times a week do I need to train?

A. This is completely dependant on your goals, lifestyle, financial situation and available time. We have some clients who train with us once per week and others who train three times per week. However we recommend that clients train at least 3 times per week to see visible results (For example: two sessions per week with a Personal Trainer and one session by yourself)

Q. What happens if I need to cancel a session?

A. We require 24 hours notice for cancellation of any training service we offer. Failure to provide this will result in the training session being charged in full.

Q. When do I need to pay for the training sessions?

A. All sessions must be paid within 24 hours of the session start time. Failure to do so will result in cancellation of your session.

Q. Do you offer refunds?

A. No refunds are given on any of the services we offer.

Q. Am I locked into a contract?

A. Our payment system works on a 30 day rolling contract. We completely understand that sometimes peoples circumstances can change so if you need to take a break from any of our training platforms we’ll just require 30 days notice.

With one weekly SGPT session (small-group coaching), you’ll develop proper technique, mobility, and strength in a supportive environment. Your weekly Engine or Perform class provides the conditioning boost your body needs: Engine: Low-stress aerobic conditioning to improve endurance, recovery, and overall wellbeing. Perform: Higher-intensity conditioning that blends strength, skill, and speed. Every month, you’ll meet with your dedicated coach for a personalised check-in — reviewing progress, adjusting goals, and ensuring you’re on the right path. Perfect for those beginning their journey or wanting a structured but manageable weekly routine.

Our most recommended package and the perfect balance of consistency, coaching support, and results. Two SGPT sessions each week immerse you in high-quality small-group coaching, helping you build strength, confidence, and better movement with momentum. Your weekly Engine or Perform session rounds out your training with essential conditioning: Engine: Build a strong, sustainable aerobic base that supports mood, energy, and long-term fitness. Perform: Push intensity and skill once your base is built, creating a more athletic, powerful engine. Each month, you’ll have a 1-1 check-in with your dedicated coach to review progress, refine your plan, and keep your training aligned with your goals. Ideal for anyone seeking real, noticeable, sustainable progress without the full commitment of our top tier.
