Our Personal Training packages are structured from the very beginning of your journey with us.
During the consultation phase, we identify your ‘why’ and the goals that you want to achieve. This is your journey and our trainers are with you every step of the way to coach you, support you and to celebrate your successes with you.
We offer a range of 1-1 Personal Training services and have worked with hundreds of clients where we’ve built up thousands of coaching hours. Regardless of whether you are looking to lose weight, gain muscle, improve your mobility or looking for sports specific training we have the training team that can help you achieve your goals.
You could be someone who hasn’t stepped foot inside a gym before. You could be someone who goes to the gym regularly but sees little or no change. Or you could be someone who is training for a specific sport and looking for something to give you an edge over your competitor. Everyone has a different reason for wanting a Personal Trainer and whatever your reason is, we are certain that by choosing MHR Fitness you’ll be making the best choice for your health, fitness or career.
Q. Do I need to be fit to start Personal Training?
A. Absolutely not! Everyone begins somewhere and often the most difficult part is starting. Each session will be tailored to challenge you, but you will leave feeling successful and proud no matter what your current fitness levels.
Q. How many times a week do I need to train?
A. This is completely dependant on your goals, lifestyle, financial situation and available time. We have some clients who train with us once per week and others who train three times per week. However we recommend that clients train at least 3 times per week to see visible results (For example: two sessions per week with a Personal Trainer and one session by yourself)
Q. What happens if I need to cancel a session?
A. We require 24 hours notice for cancellation of any training service we offer. Failure to provide this will result in the training session being charged in full.
Q. When do I need to pay for the training sessions?
A. All sessions must be paid within 24 hours of the session start time. Failure to do so will result in cancellation of your session.
Q. Do you offer refunds?
A. No refunds are given on any of the services we offer.
Q. Am I locked into a contract?
A. Our payment system works on a 30 day rolling contract. We completely understand that sometimes peoples circumstances can change so if you need to take a break from any of our training platforms we’ll just require 30 days notice.

Silver - 1 x session per week - From £199 per month (30 day rolling agreement)
By training with one of our Personal Trainers on a 1-1 basis once a week it’s a great way to ease yourself into a structured exercise regime.
To kick things off, you’ll receive a consultation where we’ll discuss your goals, nutritional habits, set benchmark measurements and put some specific goals in place that we can work towards. We’ll then create a programme that you’ll complete with the expert guidance from one of our coaches. Every month you’ll receive a new programme.
As part of this package, you’ll receive a monthly review to ensure that you’re staying on course to meet your goals.
Gold - 2 x sessions per week - From £359 per month (30 day rolling agreement)
In our experience, people who train with us more than once a week make progress a lot quicker and achieve their goals within a shorter period of time. You’ll enjoy all the same benefits as our Silver package with the difference being that you'll have two bespoke training programmes to work through each month and you’re going to have a lot more consistency with your training.
Platinum - 3 x sessions per week - From £499 (30 day rolling agreement)
Our top end package puts you in the best possible position to achieve your goals. You will receive everything that you do in the Silver and Gold package but will be training with us three times a week which means that you’re never too far away from seeing your personal trainer. This helps to keep you focussed and on track as the week goes on, it also gives you the consistency and accountability that you need.
