Sara's Story

Sara is one of our longest serving clients at MHR Fitness. 

Sara completes two small group personal training sessions each week and since joining us has seen significant improvements in her strength, her technique as well as her body composition. 

The biggest benefit for Sara is the accountability that small group personal training gives her. Just like many people finding the time and motivation to exercise alone can sometimes be demanding. But knowing that you’ve got a group of like minded females and an expert coach waiting for you gives Sara the accountability that she needs to stay active.
