Jess came to MHR wanting a programme that would guide her through nutrition and fitness. It was clear from the start that her demanding desk based job with crazy hours was causing a lot of stress and waning habits were adding to her stress.
We worked with Jess and implemented daily fitness habits which Jess could manage around her work hours. As well as this Jess also became more mindful with her nutrition meaning that she could still enjoy a range of foods whilst making progress.
In 8 weeks Jess lost 19lbs and reduced her waist by 5 inches... check out the difference in her tattoo! As well as this Jess now has confidence to wear clothes that she wouldn’t have worn before and she’ll also quite happily smash a weights sessions by herself in the gym. Great work!
