Holly came to us following the birth of her two young girls. At the consultation stage of her journey Holly made us aware that post child birth she had a condition called Diastasis Recti causing a separation in her abdominals. This is a common problem that many females experience following pregnancy.
Holly was informed by her doctor that it would take a year for her abdominals to improve, but in only 4 months of taking part in our small group personal training sessions Holly saw her abdominals strengthen and the separation gap of her abdominals decrease.
