Raising a family and bringing two children into the world can be one of the most rewarding things that a person will ever do. But as any Mum will tell you, pregnancy can take a real toll on your body.
Holly came to us following the birth of her two young girls. At the consultation stage of her journey Holly made us aware that post child birth she had a condition called Diastasis Recti causing a separation in her abdominals. This is a common problem that many females experience following pregnancy.
Holly was informed by her doctor that it would take a year for her abdominals to improve, but in only 4 months of taking part in our small group personal training sessions Holly saw her abdominals strengthen and the separation gap of her abdominals decrease.
