Kim has had an incredible journey: losing 10kg (2 stone) in weight, reducing her body fat by 10% and losing 22 inches from across her body.
All this was achieved through a structured training programme and a sensible calorie controlled diet. Kim has also been running regularly outside of her sessions and earlier this year completed 'Couch to 5k'.
